The challenge
A growing multi-location operation was running on fragmented systems with no unified IT management. Each site had drifted its own way, and there was no single place that knew how the whole environment fit together.
On top of that, the business had almost no visibility into its own data. The numbers existed, but they were locked inside systems nobody could report on, so leadership was making decisions largely blind.
What we did
- 01
Became the embedded IT function
We took over Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management and pulled the fragmented systems into one managed, documented environment.
- 02
Built the data platform on top
We stood up pipelines feeding a Snowflake warehouse, modeled the data in Microsoft Fabric, and surfaced it in Power BI reporting scoped to leadership.
- 03
Stayed close, kept it improving
As the ongoing IT team, we keep the environment current and the reporting honest, so it gets better over time instead of drifting again.
The outcome
The result is one managed, documented environment plus live operational reporting leadership relies on day to day.
IT stopped being a question mark, and the business's own data became a tool it could actually use.
