   We built a reporting layer on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, scoped to leadership rather than bolted onto everything at once.

   We designed current, self-serve dashboards around the questions leadership asks most, so the view matches how they actually run the business.

   Enabled conversational reporting

   We enabled Copilot-assisted reporting so leaders can ask questions of their own data instead of waiting on someone to build a report.

The outcome

Self-serve, always-current dashboards replaced the manual guesswork.
